Kollektif is a collaborative project envisioned by Ewouts Adriaans and Ger van der Zee. In April 2023, a creative spark ignited when Ewout visited Ger's home in Terreiros, leading to the creation of three stirring artworks themed 'Slavery', 'All Eyez on Me', and 'Orgasm'. Their ambition was to display this triptych in the Calheta Museum on São Jorge island, aiming to provoke diverse perspectives and encourage out-of-the-box thinking. The Francisco de Lacerda Museum is honored to host the temporary exhibition “Kollektif”, which will be on view from February 24th to April 8th. Its inauguration will be on February 24th, at 3 pm and will be accompanied by a musical moment with Ewout Adriaans, Ger Van Der Zee and Marcos Hernandez, where they will present a unique and original musical composition.
